Originally a single storey vehicle maintenance depot for post office vehicles, the new building contains eight luxury flats overlooking the River Thames between Chelsea and Vauxhall Bridges. The elevation to the river has been designed as a sequence of an octagon, recessed planes and a cylinder to maximize river views and to read strongly from the river and the opposite bank.
