Planned as two courtyards divided by the River Ore, the scheme comprises thirteen new-build cottages and houses, plus the conversion of the former mill ‘check house’. The site overlooks the Mere, a lake constructed in medieval times, and there are fine views of Framlingham College. The site is adjacent to the town centre and the castle.
